If we made a mess:
If we’ve sent the wrong product, or something arrives defective (unlikely, but hey, it could happen), that’s on us.
We’ll arrange a courier to collect the item and send you a replacement at our expense.
Please let us know ASAP if there’s an issue.
If you made a boo-boo:
Ordered the wrong size or style? No worries. We can help.
We’re happy to offer a return and replacement, as long as the socks are unworn and in their original packaging.
In this case, you’ll need to cover:
- Return courier costs
- Redelivery costs
- Any price difference between products
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange this.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are these netball themed pink crews supportive enough for back to back games?
We've got loads of youngsters who play games in these socks but we wouldn't recommend that for adults or older kids. The oldies need more sole support than the littlies. :) For game day, trials and practice, the white cushioned quarter crews are a better choice.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed on the day they are placed and shipped the very next business day. They usually arrive between 1 and 3 business days later.
Where are you based and where do you ship from?
We are based in Auckland, New Zealand and ship from our office here. We're still small, so working from a home office with a very full garage. When we have stock available in Australia, then we ship from a partner company in Melbourne.
