Returns Policy

If we made a mess:
If we’ve sent the wrong product, or something arrives defective (unlikely, but hey, it could happen), that’s on us.

We’ll arrange a courier to collect the item and send you a replacement at our expense.

Please let us know ASAP if there’s an issue.

If you made a boo-boo:
Ordered the wrong size or style? No worries. We can help.

We’re happy to offer a return and replacement, as long as the socks are unworn and in their original packaging.

In this case, you’ll need to cover:

- Return courier costs
- Redelivery costs
- Any price difference between products

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange this.

Refunds:
If a refund is required, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 days of approval.

We can’t accept returns on:
🚫 Sale items
🚫 Gift cards
