We usually pack on the day of order for collection by our courier the next business day.

Our courier takes between 1-3 business days to get your order to your door.

• Warm wash on medium cycle
• Warm rinse
• Normal spin

Made from 80% natural bamboo fiber, SHOOT! socks take longer to dry. They absorb significantly more moisture compared to socks made from wool, nylon, or even cotton.

Returns Policy

If we made a mess:
If we’ve sent the wrong product, or something arrives defective (unlikely, but hey, it could happen), that’s on us.

We’ll arrange a courier to collect the item and send you a replacement at our expense.

Please let us know ASAP if there’s an issue.

If you made a boo-boo:
Ordered the wrong size or style? No worries. We can help.

We’re happy to offer a return and replacement, as long as the socks are unworn and in their original packaging.

In this case, you’ll need to cover:

• Return courier costs
  
• Redelivery costs
  
• Any price difference between products
  

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange this.

Refunds:
If a refund is required, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 days of approval.
